I had a sweet little condo in Northampton. Sarah was really great and open about the whole experience. She is very knowledgable about the market in the valley. She planned an open house on a Thursday. Which I thought was a little unconventional. However, she knew the light in the apartment was best in the late afternoon. She was right! We had an offer over asking with in 4 hours of the open house!
